It is the policy of the College to admit qualified resident alien students already legally residing in the service area. VCCS policy permits the admission of applicants who are immigrants residing in Virginia who have graduated from a Virginia high school with a high school diploma or equivalent, even if they are unable to document their legal presence. These applicants may also potentially qualify for In-State Tuition as a student with an “Ineligible Citizenship or Immigration Status.”  See website at:  https://www.brcc.edu/admissions/students-with-an-ineligible-citizenship-or-immigration-status/ for more information on these specifications.
